Food- A little bit of everything
Before you read the following post please keep in mind the following:
- This post is all about me
- I’m not judging anyone
- I’m not an expert on the subjects mentioned
- This is my personal journey through trial and error
In the past month and a half I have learned that I need to eat “everything in moderation” if not I start to stray from my wellness path. After saying that, I have also learned that that doesn’t mean I should eat a cheese burger with fries everyday.
My family and I reached an agreement on our meals. Fridays and on the weekend if we want we can have pop or soda. Friday’s and Sunday’s dinner is Home Made Fast Food Day. Saturday’s breakfast is Big Breakfast Day and the rest of the week I need to make sure that all meals are properly portioned meals.
In the past 7 weeks I have had the opportunity to know my self. The changes has been painfully slow but a substantial change takes time!
