Tracking Calories- Part 2

Happy Valentine’s Day!πŸ’

In this short post I’ll share my findings after a month of tracking my food.

  • I eat a big breakfast, tiny lunch and small dinner
  • I eat more sweets than ever before
  • I eat a lot of blueberries
  • I still love chocolate chip cookies and milk
  • I over eat before my period and on Friday’s
  • I don’t eat take out food as much
  • I don’t drink enough water
I’m obsessed with crepes

I also learned that I still need to improve my diet a lot but I’ve made a slight progress.
