Tracking Calories- Part 2
Happy Valentine’s Day!💝
In this short post I’ll share my findings after a month of tracking my food.
- I eat a big breakfast, tiny lunch and small dinner
- I eat more sweets than ever before
- I eat a lot of blueberries
- I still love chocolate chip cookies and milk
- I over eat before my period and on Friday’s
- I don’t eat take out food as much
- I don’t drink enough water
I also learned that I still need to improve my diet a lot but I’ve made a slight progress.
