If you are consistent with your workouts I’m little tiny bit jealous.
I’ve always understood the importance of exercise. I’ve experienced the benefits and the feeling after the work out… amazing.
So why am I not working out…. Am I lazy or exhausted or both?… I’m gonna go with both
Being a full time mom to 5 boys and a full time student is sometimes exhausting. Once the triplets were born I had to pause a lot of things in my life and exercise was one of them.
Yes, I move around a lot during the day but that is not exercise… I’ve decided to start from 0. During the triplets pregnancy I lost a lot of muscle mass.
For the last couple of days I’ve started my daily routine with this

It has been challenging.. I have a long way to go just to get back to my pre pregnancy fitness level.
I’m sharing this with all of you because I need to be accountable.
I will post some updates on this once a month.
I know I will eventually get stronger but right now it feels impossible to achieve my goal..
