Rise and Shine
Waking up before sun rise… I wonder how many people can actually do it on a daily basis?
I can’t, my best sleep is some time between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. for at least 8 hours…. but I’m a mom of 5 kids under 8 so yeah that’s not happening any time soon.
I would like to wake up at 6 a.m. to read a bit and do a 15 minute workout. Today I woke up at 6:45 a.m., it was so dark and it was also raining… I looked outside and went back to bed… Today didn’t go as plan..
I know there is always an excuse to not do things that seem “hard”… but waking up early has been one of those things I can’t conquer…
I’m going to start with one 6 a.m. alarm a week. Once I’ve master that… I’ll add some more days a week.
I wonder how long is it going to take me to adjust to waking up at 6 a.m. once a week….. I’ll let you know in a few weeks!
